1 2 1 Training

Why do you need 1 2 1 training?

Different people have Personal Trainers for different reasons.  Some can't work without a training partner, some have injuries that need careful monitoring and some people have specific goals, like a marathon.  Whatever the reason, you will always receive dedicated help to achieve your goals and the time you pay for is all yours – so make the most of it and get the support, motivation and encouragement you deserve.


How does it work?

Initially, you will have a consultation to chat about your lifestyle, nutrition, health and goals. You will then be guided and motivated through your bespoke program, to achieve measurable results.

During your consultation you will chat about what you want from a Personal Trainer to establish your initial goals - this will give an overview of your exercise history, to help tailor a program to cater for any medical considerations and to give an idea about what else may be going on in your life that may affect your exercise.


Gym Training
